2021年1月6日，湖南瑞银商贸物流有限公司经邵东市自然资源局批准，同意在邵东大禾塘街道办事处兴和大道以北、互生路以西、昭阳大道以南，修建邵东凤凰城E区（B64、B65、B-22-1地块）项目。E07、E08栋，E13、E15、E16、E17栋，E23、E25、E26、E27栋，E33、E35、E36栋，E41、E42、E43栋，E49、E50、E51、E52栋，E71栋与部分地下室已全部竣工，该公司向我局申请规划核验。

现根据《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》《中华人民共和国土地管理法》、《行政许可法》《湖南省行政程序规定》和《关于城乡规划公开公示》等法律法规的规定，特此公示。

如有对湖南瑞银商贸物流有限公司新建的邵东凤凰城E区（B64、B65、B-22-1地块）项目E07、E08栋，E13、E15、E16、E17栋，E23、E25、E26、E27栋，E33、E35、E36栋，E41、E42、E43栋，E49、E50、E51、E52栋，E71栋与部分地下室申请规划核验有异议的组织或个人，请在公示期7个工作日（2025年9月16日-2025年9月24日）内向邵东市自然资源局反映情况。如无异议，我局将依程序办理。
