2020年8月，邵东市昭阳初级中学经我局批准，同意在邵东市城区东风路以南，连云路以东，人民路以北修建邵东市昭阳中学建设项目。教学楼（共3栋）、综合楼（含报告厅）、实验楼（共2栋）、风雨操场、门卫室及设备房已竣工，现邵东市昭阳初级中学向我局申请分期规划核验。

根据《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》《中华人民共和国土地管理法》《行政许可法》《湖南省行政程序规定》《关于城乡规划公开公示》等法律法规的规定，特此公示。

如有对邵东市昭阳中学建设项目教学楼（共3栋）、综合楼（含报告厅）、实验楼（共2栋）、风雨操场、门卫室及设备房分期规划核验有异议的组织或个人，请在公示期7个工作日（2025年9月22日-2025年9月30日）内向市自然资源局反映情况。如无异议，我局将依程序办理。
